Today something very special and sweet for you ... The making of a Kadayif.
What is a Kadayif you ask ? Well, I think you have to try it to appreciate it , but here is a little description :)
Kadayif is a common dessert here, there are different kinds of Kadayif: Tel ( wire ) or Burma ( wring ), both of which can be prepared with either walnut or pistachio.
So here are some pictures of our own Fevzi preparing such a delicious dessert for us:
